Jetstar: Price Beat Guarantee

Singapore is a small island full of FUN. There is no doubt about that. But sometimes, a weekend getaway is all you need to de-stress and reconnect to simple living without internet connection but with a coconut juice on hand. And this country has budget-airlines that we can utilize for this getaway. I am a frequent flyer of Jetstar because of my experience with them. Customer satisfaction - CHECK; Delay: None; Price: very affordable. But there are times that their fare is much higher than others which makes my decision to book other airlines. It's not that they aren't good, but I like Jetstar better. I am sure with a great deal on fare, you would go as well with which airline can give you a lower rate? It's just practical and economical. In the end, Jetstar loses their customers. Anyway, Jetstar has addressed this issue with their Price Beat option. If you found a fare lower than what Jetstar offers for the same destination and comparable flight time, you can Price Beat it and Jetstar will give the fare to you 10% lower than the one you have found. So let's say a flight to KL @6PM for Jetstar is priced at SGD150 and you found a flight from another airline  @5PM for 50SGD, Jetstar will offer it to you for 45SGD instead of the original 150SGD. All you need to do is to go to their website and start chatting. Price Beat

Here are the terms and conditions for them to price beat the flight.

  • Leaving later than 72 hours from when you start the online chat
